Home Public Elite Team Program

Our Elite Team Program is an advanced leadership program lasting three months. Its aim is to create new mentors for the program – true duplication in action. Only a small number of people can be accepted each month because of the intensive, personal mentoring involved. That number will depend on the number of mentors available to run the program at the time. To qualify for admission to the program, you need to apply and then complete a series of simple tests. As soon as we feel that there are sufficient qualified people in our Flantech team we'll make the program available. Set a bookmark and return here regularly for announcements.
